Shipping Policy

WHAT IS YOUR HANDLING TIME?
All orders will typically be shipping within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. We make every effort to get items shipped out as quickly as possible but other factors can affect how quick an item ships out, whether it be availability or a delay in shipment due to a Shipping Holiday.
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time.
 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to make sure items are securely packaged and shipped, but it can be hard to ensure this happens after it leaves our facilities. If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of it and send it to us at info@alienmotorsports.com
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER?

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in an alternate or safer location. We recommend checking with neighbors and the surrounding area. If you are still not able to locate the package, follow these steps based on your shipping method.

USPS First Class Package/Mail:

Please call your local post office to see if the package is being held there because of a failed delivery attempt or some other delivery issue. They should be able to help you if this is the case. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages if they are confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

USPS Priority Mail:

Please call your local post office to see if the package is being held there because of a failed delivery attempt or some other delivery issue.  They should be able to help you if this is the case.  We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages if they are confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
